Morning: Set the Day’s Energy

 Hot Tub or Pool Quick Dip (5-10 min) – Start calm and focused
 Mountain Rooftop Moment (2-3 min) – Breathe deeply, absorb the view
 Set Priorities (1-3 key tasks) – Focus on impact, not busywork


Workday: Stress Prevention & Reset


 Mini Rooftop Reset (2 min) – Step outside, refocus
 Stare at the Pool for a Calm Reset – Water reflection = nervous system reset
 Breathe Near Water – Take breaks near a window with a view


After Work: Decompression & Transition


 Swim Away the Stress – Float, swim, or wade to release tension
